Next Muay Thai Tournament in Koh Tao
Three days to go to the next Thai boxing tournaments. If you would like to see the fighters getting ready for the fight night, come and check out the Island Muay Thai training academy in Sairee. We are here every day during the morning and the evening hours. Who knows you might even get attracted to this great martial art! We offer Thai boxing training for beginners as well as for those who want to improver their fighting skills during their Thailand vacation.
Now, if you happen to be on Koh Tao around the end of April, you just gotta come see this! eight superb rounds of exciting Muay Thai live in the Sairee boxing stadium. This is the real thing! Island Muay Thai presents the best Thai kick boxing fighters from the south of Thailand! Come and see the hardest fights in Koh Tao. On Thursday the 30th of April, we also present a young fighter from Finland. Yussi has been training here at the trainings camp for the last month and will now show his talents live in the ring.

Two Days to the next Fight Night
Thai Boxing – The Thai National Sport
If you happen to be on Koh Tao on Friday the 17th of April, don’t miss out on THE Sport event of the month!
At 21:30 the first of eight exciting Muay Thai fights will start with the sound of the bell. Men’s professional and semi professional Muay Thai fights go over the full distance – five rounds of 3 minute each with a thre minute break. The womens Thai boxing competition usually go over only three rounds of two minutes and a three minute break in between the rounds.
On the 17th,e will see a very special performance of a womens Muay Thai fight. Elisabeth our beloved videographer from Oceans Below (you got to check this out if you like underwater videography) will get in the ring against a young fighter from Koh Phangan. Unfortunately, there is no information available at this time about the name of the fighter ! So, Surprise then!
Be there early to get a good seat! Cool beers and soft drinks are available at the bar.
